Bianca has over 20 years of work and leadership experience in news reporting, international communication, project management, and intercultural team development. She worked as a producer, reporter, anchorwoman and head of the business news devision for ntv, a German business news channel affiliated with the RTL Group. During her ten-year-term at their correspondent office in New York City, she reported on significant events like the 9/11 attacks. Bianca also broadened her skills to include event moderation, as well as mentoring and training professionals and executives.
Her passion for coaching was sparked by her international experiences and her commitment to mentoring and training. She is dedicated to empowering international professionals, teams, executives and organizations by helping them in conquering transformation challenges, promoting seamless integration, initiating diversity, equity and inclusion, and driving their careers forward.
Bianca has obtained a degree in Systemic Business Coach from Calumis Academy and is certified by the German Coaching Association dvct. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Bianca is fluent in German, English, and Dutch and currently resides near Eindhoven, where she devotes extra time to the expat community.

With a background in broadcast journalism, Bianca gained over 20 years of work and leadership experience in news reporting, international communication, project management and intercultural team development. She has worked as a producer, reporter and anchorwoman for ntv, a German business news channel affiliated with the international media conglomerate RTL Group. During her time at the RTL headquarters, she headed the RTL business news devision. In her role at ntv, she covered news related to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and general business topics. Over the course of her TV-career, she worked for ten years at the RTL/ntv correspondent office in New York City, covering significant events such as the 9/11 attacks and the election of Barack Obama as US president.
As her career progressed, Bianca expanded her expertise to include event moderation for meetings, roundtables and panel discussions, as well as mentoring professionals and training executives for media and on-camera appearances. It was during these trainings and her personal experience of living abroad that she discovered her passion for expat and career coaching. Meanwhile she made a successful transition into the coaching industry.

Bianca is a dvct-certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation ICF. She reached her Systemic Business Coach degree at the Calumis Academy in Dusseldorf. Her academic studies focused on Translation and Multilingual Communications at Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Her mother tongue is German. She is also fluent in English and Dutch. Currently, she resides in The Netherlands and devotes extra time to the expat community.
